Al-Mutaffifin 83:31
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ أَجْرَمُوا۟ كَانُوا۟ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ يَضْحَكُونَ
83:29 — Indeed, those who committed crimes used to laugh at those who believed.
وَإِذَا مَرُّوا۟ بِهِمْ يَتَغَامَزُونَ
83:30 — And when they passed by them, they would exchange derisive glances.
وَإِذَا ٱنقَلَبُوٓا۟ إِلَىٰٓ أَهْلِهِمُ ٱنقَلَبُوا۟ فَكِهِينَ

Transliteration
Waitha inqalaboo ila ahlihimu inqalaboo fakiheena
وَإِذَا رَأَوْهُمْ قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ لَضَآلُّونَ
83:32 — And when they saw them, they would say, "Indeed, those are truly lost."
وَمَآ أُرْسِلُوا۟ عَلَيْهِمْ حَـٰفِظِينَ
83:33 — But they had not been sent as guardians over them.
