Al-Ma'arij 70:23
وَإِذَا مَسَّهُ ٱلْخَيْرُ مَنُوعًا
70:21 — And when good touches him, withholding [of it],
إِلَّا ٱلْمُصَلِّينَ
70:22 — Except the observers of prayer -
ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ عَلَىٰ صَلَاتِهِمْ دَآئِمُونَ

Transliteration
Allatheena hum AAala salatihim daimoona
وَٱلَّذِينَ فِىٓ أَمْوَٰلِهِمْ حَقٌّ مَّعْلُومٌ
70:24 — And those within whose wealth is a known right
لِّلسَّآئِلِ وَٱلْمَحْرُومِ
70:25 — For the petitioner and the deprived -
