Al-Qalam 68:12
وَلَا تُطِعْ كُلَّ حَلَّافٍ مَّهِينٍ
68:10 — And do not obey every worthless habitual swearer
هَمَّازٍ مَّشَّآءٍۭ بِنَمِيمٍ
68:11 — [And] scorner, going about with malicious gossip -
مَّنَّاعٍ لِّلْخَيْرِ مُعْتَدٍ أَثِيمٍ
