Al-Mu'minun 23:101

حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا جَآءَ أَحَدَهُمُ ٱلْمَوْتُ قَالَ رَبِّ ٱرْجِعُونِ

23:99 — [For such is the state of the disbelievers], until, when death comes to one of them, he says, "My Lord, send me back

لَعَلِّىٓ أَعْمَلُ صَـٰلِحًا فِيمَا تَرَكْتُ ۚ كَلَّآ ۚ إِنَّهَا كَلِمَةٌ هُوَ قَآئِلُهَا ۖ وَمِن وَرَآئِهِم بَرْزَخٌ إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ يُبْعَثُونَ

23:100 — That I might do righteousness in that which I left behind." No! It is only a word he is saying; and behind them is a barrier until the Day they are resurrected.

فَإِذَا نُفِخَ فِى ٱلصُّورِ فَلَآ أَنسَابَ بَيْنَهُمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ وَلَا يَتَسَآءَلُونَ

Ahmed Ali

When the trumpet blast is sounded no ties of lineage will hold among them, nor will they ask after one another.

Ahmed Raza Khan

So when the Trumpet is blown – so there will neither be any relationship among them* that day, nor will they ask about one another. (The disbelievers)

For when the Trumpet is blown, that day there shall be no kinship any more between them, neither will they question one another.

Then when the Trumpet is blown there will be no lineage among them that Day, nor will they ask of each other.

Then, when the Trumpet is blown, there will be no kinship among them that Day, nor will they ask of one another.

When the Horn is blown, no relations between them will exist on that Day, and they will not ask after one another.

And then no sooner the Trumpet is blown than there will remain no kinship among them that Day, nor will they ask one another.

There will be no kindred relations nor any opportunity to ask about others or seek their assistance after the trumpet has sounded.

So when the trumpet is blown, there shall be no ties of relationship between them on that day, nor shall they ask of each other.

When the trumpet is blown, on that Day there will be no ties of relationship between them; neither will they ask about one another:

Yusuf Ali

Then when the Trumpet is blown, there will be no more relationships between them that Day, nor will one ask after another!

Transliteration

Faitha nufikha fee alssoori fala ansaba baynahum yawmaithin wala yatasaaloona

فَمَن ثَقُلَتْ مَوَٰزِينُهُۥ فَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْمُفْلِحُونَ

23:102 — And those whose scales are heavy [with good deeds] - it is they who are the successful.

وَمَنْ خَفَّتْ مَوَٰزِينُهُۥ فَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ خَسِرُوٓا۟ أَنفُسَهُمْ فِى جَهَنَّمَ خَـٰلِدُونَ

23:103 — But those whose scales are light - those are the ones who have lost their souls, [being] in Hell, abiding eternally.
