Ibrahim 14:49

فَلَا تَحْسَبَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مُخْلِفَ وَعْدِهِۦ رُسُلَهُۥٓ ۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَزِيزٌ ذُو ٱنتِقَامٍ

14:47 — So never think that Allah will fail in His promise to His messengers. Indeed, Allah is Exalted in Might and Owner of Retribution.

يَوْمَ تُبَدَّلُ ٱلْأَرْضُ غَيْرَ ٱلْأَرْضِ وَٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتُ ۖ وَبَرَزُوا۟ لِلَّهِ ٱلْوَٰحِدِ ٱلْقَهَّارِ

14:48 — [It will be] on the Day the earth will be replaced by another earth, and the heavens [as well], and all creatures will come out before Allah, the One, the Prevailing.

وَتَرَى ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ يَوْمَئِذٍ مُّقَرَّنِينَ فِى ٱلْأَصْفَادِ

Ahmed Ali

You will see the wicked on that day bound together in chains.

And on that day you will see the guilty linked together in chains.

And thou shalt see the sinners that day coupled in fetters,

And thou wilt see the guilty on that Day bound together in fetters.

And you will see the Mujrimun (criminals, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah Islamic Monotheism, polytheists, disobedient to Allah, etc.) that Day bound together in fetters; [Muqarranun in fetters; mean:- with their hands and feet tied to their necks with chains.]

On that Day, you will see the sinners bound together in chains.

On that Day you shall see the guilty ones secured in chains;

And you will see the criminals that Day, Muqarranun (bound together) in fetters.

Transliteration

Watara almujrimeena yawmaithin muqarraneena fee alasfadi

سَرَابِيلُهُم مِّن قَطِرَانٍ وَتَغْشَىٰ وُجُوهَهُمُ ٱلنَّارُ

14:50 — Their garments of liquid pitch and their faces covered by the Fire.

لِيَجْزِىَ ٱللَّهُ كُلَّ نَفْسٍ مَّا كَسَبَتْ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَرِيعُ ٱلْحِسَابِ

14:51 — So that Allah will recompense every soul for what it earned. Indeed, Allah is swift in account.
